The Roman guards wouldn't have been scared to death. Mary Magdalene would have gotten to anoint Jesus' body with spices. The two on the road to Emmaus would have arrived without their guest. Jesus would not have appeared to Peter, then the Twelve, to more than five hundred of the brothers at the same time, to James, then to all the apostles, and last of all to Paul. At that moment in time there was nothing "good" about Friday. Thank God for Sunday. Without Sunday:
